This dispenser sits on a countertop for self-service use in a hotel or cafeteria, filling cups as tall as 10.25 inches. To streamline installation, the refrigeration system is self-contained, and it operates with eco-friendly R-404A refrigerant. To ensure ice in the Hoshizaki DCM-271BAH ice and water dispenser is clean for serving, a 2-second flush cycle is performed each hour to remove sediment and impurities. Many components are protected with H-GUARD Plus® antimicrobial to slow the formation of microbes.
